Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected and processed through websites owned by Lallemand Inc. and its subsidiaries. (“Lallemand”). However, this Privacy Policy does not apply to the Siebel Institute of Technology website which is governed by its own specific privacy and cookies policy available on the Siebel Institute of Technology website.  This Privacy Policy is to advise Lallemand websites users (“Users”) on the type of personal data which may be collected and processed by Lallemand and on how Lallemand protects and uses such personal data.

Type of personal data collected

Lallemand may collect and process personal data provided by Users. The personal data collected includes general data such as name, address, postal code, city, phone number and e-mail address, company name. Lallemand may also collect technical personal data such as IP address and browsing data.

The personal data is collected by Lallemand via online forms or voluntary Users surveys, online Users registration, subscription to Lallemand services or publication, request of product or marketing information, cookies, job applications, sending of inquiries or requests.

Purpose of the processing of personal data and recipients

Lallemand may process personal data whenever it is necessary for the purposes of:

  1. Answering a request related to Lallemand’s products and/or services or provide expert advice,

  3. Providing marketing information about Lallemand’s companies, products, and services,
  4. Managing candidacies to Lallemand work positions offering,

The personal data collected by Lallemand may be accessed on a need-to-know basis by Lallemand employees and Lallemand service providers provided that the later are subject to confidentiality obligations.

Personal data rights

Users have the following rights regarding their personal data:

Retention period
